Paul served The Institute for Public Procurement (NIGP) Board of Directors for 12 years and was elected president of the institute from 2009-2010. In 2016, Paul received the institute’s highest honor, the Albert H. Hall Award, and was named a Fellow of the Institute.
Paul’s achievements also include his service on the Executive Board of the New York State Association of Municipal Procurement Officials, which began in 1996, and his service as president from 2004-2006.
