How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password and would like to create a new one, start by navigating to the login screen and click the “Forgot your password?” link as shown here

How do I register for upcoming training sessions?

To see the full list of available upcoming training sessions, contact your CSM or contact us.  We’re always running new training sessions, including new features, drop-in classes, and refreshers.

How do I get access to the Bonfire Academy?

 

You can access the Bonfire Academy through Bonfire. Once you’re logged in, you can get into the Academy by clicking on the ‘Learn’ button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

What is a Bonfire portal?

Each buying organization on Bonfire has a unique portal – the online place to find and interact with all of their open bid or RFx projects.  From this portal, you can register as a vendor, view open projects and details, and create a submission for a project.

 

 

 

How do I find an organization's portal?

When a Bonfire organization posts and lists their bid or RFx project, they will provide a web link directly to the open project on the listing or within the bid instructions. Using that link, you can access the project you wish to respond to.  

 

How do I log in?

Once you are on the organization’s Bonfire portal, you can log in by clicking the ‘Log In’ tab on the main screen, or the ‘Log In’ button in the top right-hand corner of the portal.

 

How do I register?

Once you are on the organization’s Bonfire portal, you can register for free by clicking on “Create your free Bonfire account” on the ‘Log In’ tab, or using ‘Log In’ button in the top right-hand corner of the portal, then clicking on “Create your free Bonfire account”. Learn more
